1 General Terms & Conditions

Mk8 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Service") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between mk8 and its users ("you", "member").

By using the mk8 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using mk8.

2 Account Register

To create an account on mk8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false details may be terminated at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, mk8 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend the account if necessary.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration will be verified.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Mk8 is for adults only. Minimum age 18 years. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be made.

One or more of the following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mk8 supports local payment methods in Bangladesh. Key rules regarding deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Deposits are typically credited instantly.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Mk8 is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Mk8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page or in promotional emails.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses (typically 1x to 30x the deposit amount).
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus abuse or "bonus hunting" may result in account termination.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Mk8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

Mk8 has specific rules governing Sports Betting and casino gaming that all members must follow:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Mk8 reserves the right to void any irregular transactions resulting from technical errors.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended mid-way, bets will be settled in accordance with mk8's sports rules.
• Placing bets using insider information from an event ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• Each spin or round in casino games is independent and RNG-based.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mk8 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Accessing or using another member's account
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Spreading false information or engaging in fraud on the platform

8 Limitation of Platform Liability

Mk8 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or losses caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence (e.g., sharing passwords)
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime

Mk8 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or emergency situations.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Mk8 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents
• Extended inactivity (more than 24 months)
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request

In the event of account closure, any applicable balance will be returned if the closure is not due to a rule violation. Balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

Mk8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
